Michael J. Pierdinock, LSP, CHMM
Principal
Mr. Pierdinock has over 25 years of experience developing, managing, and supervising environmental investigations, assessments, and remediation projects. He is a Licensed Site Professional and was elected to the Board of Directors of the Licensed Site Professional Association. His experience includes Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager for Region I, II, AND III Superfund RI/FS, remedial design and construction projects and Phases I-IV preliminary assessments, site investigations, design and remediation of private and government sector sites throughout the Commonwealth and the northeast. He has provided expert testimony and litigation support in connection with a number of environmental controversies. Mr. Pierdinock has also served as a guest instructor at Tufts University Graduate Engineering Program and has presented in-situ remediation system case studies at technical forums at the University and at seminars throughout the United States.
Timothy Condon, P.E., LSP, CEA
President
Mr. Condon has over 18 years of experience developing, managing and supervising hazardous waste projects including, assessments, remediation and risk characterizations. He is a Licensed Site Professional, a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and a Certified Energy Auditor. Mr. Condon’s experience includes the assessment and remediation of Manufactured Gas Plants, petroleum distribution facilities, nuclear energy facilities, steam and oil fired electric generation stations, fast-track re-development of brownfield properties and civil engineering. Mr. Condon has authored, co-authored and presented technical papers at environmental conferences throughout the United States.
Carl Sundstrom II
Senior Associate
Mr. Sundstrom has been supporting the power industry for over 25 years. He has been responsible for providing technical and program management support for numerous Utilities, Architect Engineering and Consulting firms. He has managed and/or provided project support or specialists in response to Engineering, Licensing, Maintenance, Operations, QA/QC, Tech Support, Supply Chain and Training needs. This includes Project Engineers and Managers or any level of lead and/or support personnel, for outages, plant modifications as well as organizational and independent assessments. He was also responsible for establishing and managing the Energy Alliance (EA), comprised of 10 Utilities with 17 plants, formed to meet the demands of deregulation in the power industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Sundstrom has been very active in the American Nuclear Society, and as Chairman of Reactor Operations, worked to establish and support the annual Utility Working Conference. Mr. Sundstrom is presently responsible for providing Engineering, Management, Construction and Consulting Services for Lightship Engineering.
